• Spam / Scam: We consider spamming to be a malicious practice and take this issue very seriously. Any account found to be spamming or involved in fraudulent operations will be suspended without refund.
• Viruses / malicious software: the following items are not allowed on AuralSolutions Services servers: hosting viruses, sending viruses via email or allowing users to download files with Trojans, viruses, UDP flood packets or any other harmful files or scripts.
• If your site is infected with content from suspicious sources, you are responsible for the consequences it will bring, so inform us immediately if you suspect something is wrong with your site or account.
• Any other illegal or unethical practices carried out using our infrastructure.

We reserve the right of admission. If for any reason, justifiable or not, our team considers that the registration of your account or keeping it active may entail a risk of any kind, we may deny the registration or cancel your account without any refund, nor may it be claimed by judicial or administrative means.

Take legal action against AuralSolutions will be considered a violation of the Terms of this agreement, with all that this will entail, such as the cancellation of your account and the loss of any right to the services offered or to be offered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you are in violation of the Terms of this agreement.

We have a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee policy for our web hosting service: web hosting refunds are issued within 30 days of your registration of the chosen plan, if you decide not to continue using our services during the first 30 days from your new hosting order.

Termination of a prepaid web hosting account is non-refundable after the given trial period.

SSL certificates and domain names are non-refundable, so please verify your domain name before completing the domain/SSL certificate registration/renewal process.
